CARLOS M.
MORA
WRITER/DIRECTOR/PRODUCER  
 
 Carlos was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. After graduating from Long Beach State with degrees in Civil Engineering (BS and MS), he proceeded to work as an Engineer. But, his imagination and creativity brought him back to his first passion - telling stories. He embarked on the path of pursuing the art and craft of screenwriting. He has completed several screenplay assignments for Los Angeles and New York-based Producers, written numerous spec feature scripts, spec television scripts, along with many short scripts. He sold his first spec feature script, "Grave Desperation" to an indie production company. Wanting to take an active role in bringing his stories to life, Carlos has embarked on pursuing a parallel path -- that of Director. Carlos has recently completed his latest Short Movie, "Unbreakable Connections". The short has just started its festival run. Carlos' previous short, "Irreversible Imprints" was shot in majestic 35mm film in Sicily, Italy. The short is winding down its festival run. So far it has been accepted to 11 festivals. SANDRA E.
MORA, CPA
PRODUCER
Sandra is a native Californian and is originally from Southern California but calls San Francisco her home. Sandra holds Bachelors of Sciences (BS) degrees from Long Beach State and San Francisco State in the areas of Internal Auditing, Finance and Accounting.
Sandra is a Risk, Compliance and Audit Professional and is an active licensed CPA in California. Sandra’s CPA and audit background keeps ThothScribe Films in financial compliance in all of the various productions.
Sandra has a deep love for the entertainment industry and loves watching movies, television shows and is a die-hard basketball fan since she was a child. Sandra grew up watching the Los Angeles Lakers but is an avid Golden State Warriors fan and is enjoying the recent success of her beloved San Francisco team. With Sandra’s enjoyment of the entertainment industry she is beyond thrilled to work along-side her brother, Carlos Mora, as a Producer, Production Accountant, and Business Manager for ThothScribe Films. |
